Our Design & Craftsmanship Process
Every project is shaped by a clear, considered process. From initial consultation to material selection, cutting-edge technology and trusted appliances, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and expertly executed.

Initial Consultation & Design
The time required to complete our project from start to finish can vary from six weeks to six months depending on the scope of the installations and materials or appliances needed. We take great pride in delivering truly exceptional fittings, starting with our initial design.
Your initial consultation allows us to get a feel of your inspirations and requirements and gives us a clear understanding of how we can bring your dream home to life. We can create items to match anything, whether that is a sample or a picture provided with both bespoke and stand ranges available.
Following your initial consultation, Ernie gets to work creating a 3D design concept for your project. These graphic illustrations take your chosen style, appliances and requirements on board, and are the first step toward turning your concept into a fully realised reality to create wonderful spaces.View examples of concepts for completed and upcoming projects here.

Materials Chosen for Quality
All of our installations are painstakingly crafted to stand the test of time, and the materials we use are chosen with care. All of our materials are sourced from sustainable sources in Europe, and selected with longevity in mind.
We work with a range of materials, including solid wood such as oak, elm, tulipwood and ash. Aside from wood, our workshop often creates high-quality designs using standard, burr and feature veneers with dyed and fabric effects available. When more contemporary designs are concerned we often use clear, natural and coloured lacquers along with laminates from Egger, Fenix (™), Sibu and Linoleum.
The Technology Behind Our Craftsmanship
We use cutting-edge manufacturing technology to achieve consistently high-quality results and a flawless finish. Our purpose-built workshop combines traditional tools with advanced CNC machines, allowing our skilled team to cut everything from simple rectangles to complex curves, drill precise hinge and drawer holes, and carry out intricate operations for assembly fittings. Our CNC machines help us meet exacting standards with accurately shaped components in a wide range of sizes and forms—including dovetail drawers, curved doors, and decorative carving. From kitchens to studies, we take pride in crafting every piece to an exceptional standard.
