All of our installations are painstakingly crafted to stand the test of time, and the materials we use are chosen with care. All of our materials are sourced from sustainable sources in Europe, and selected with longevity in mind. We work with a range of materials, including solid wood such as oak, elm, tulipwood and ash. Aside from wood, our workshop often creates high-quality designs using standard, burr and feature veneers with dyed and fabric effects available. When more contemporary designs are concerned we often use clear, natural and coloured lacquers along with laminates from Egger, Fenix (™), Sibu and Linoleum.
Using cutting-edge manufacturing technology is how we achieve consistently high-quality results and a flawless appearance for our installations, and our purpose-built workshop has both traditional and CNC machines. This machinery allows our experienced team to cut materials from simple rectangles to complex curves, drill holes for hinges and drawers and wardrobes and can even be used for complex operations for mounting assembly fittings. We rely on our CNC machines to deliver results that meet our exacting standards, as it has the scope to produce accurately shaped components in a vast combination of sizes and shapes. Able to handle intricate work such as carving, dovetail drawer making and curved doors. We take great pride in creating everything from kitchens to studies to an extremely high standard, and our dedication to craftsmanship and use of top-of-the-line equipment is how we make it happen.
